Are nutrients lost or destroyed in the meals by freezing?
Quite the opposite, the 'institute of food reasearch' http://www.ifr.ac.uk/ studies have found that freezing food usually have superior nutritional quality to their 'fresh' counterparts. As to 'freezing causes loss of nutrients' this isn't the 1970s, the modern fast-freeze process is very efficient and does not cause this problem, it is added salts and sugars in some brands of frozen foods that are the nutritional issue in modern diets, not the freezing process.
Am I getting enough protein from your meals?
Yes! There is a common myth that you cannot get enough protein from a vegan diet. In reality, eating a variety of beans, nuts, seeds and grains will give your body the protein it needs to keep energy levels up and build and keep muscle tone. Many people don’t realize that every food contains a bit of protein (even vegetables and fruit), so when you eat a healthy, balanced plant-based diet (like our meals) you’ll be getting protein from every vegetable, nut, seed and grain in each meal.
Are your meals organic?
We can't guarantee all ingredients to be organic however, we aim to buy our produce from local Victorian suppliers to ensure consistent freshness and quality

You can pay via Credit Card or Paypal via the paypal checkout. You don't need to sign up to paypal to pay via credit card.
Will my information remain private?

What if nobody is home? can the box be left unattended?
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - (ATL): If it is likely that no-one will be at the place of delivery, and you are happy for the package to be left unattended for a short period of time, please request so in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section prior to check out. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address details. You have the opportunity to list any specific or special delivery instructions in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section prior to checkout. If you have not provided an Authority to Leave (ATL) please make sure someone is available to sign for receipt of your order at your nominated delivery address. If re-delivery is required, you will be charged the delivery fee again.
When will my meals be delivered?
Orders placed by Thursday will be delivered the next monday. If you require FODMAP meals, they will be delivered 7 days after you placed your order.
I have an allergy to certain foods, what options are there?
Our dishes are created without common allergens like dairy, and gluten, but meals include a variety of grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, nuts, spice and herbs. Each week, we create a menu of dishes that is sent to all of our customers, and whilst you can select the meals you wish if you have a specific allergy, or require the meals to be free of FODMAPS please make sure you specify this upon signing up.
How much is delivery?
All meals are delivered to your door in a polyfoam box with gel ice. Delivery is 10, and if you leave the polyfoam box or a cooler then you will receive 5% off your next order.
When does my order have to be in by to receive my delivery?
Orders must be in by Thursday evening to be delivered by Monday. If it is urgent, you can either contact us before placing the order, or place the order and make a comment in the note section telling us to try for Monday. We'll try our best to fulfill it, but we can't guarantee it'll arrive then.

How will my meals arrive?
All of your meals are freshly prepared, then frozen for freshness and placed in a biodegradable insulated polyfoam box with frozen dry ice packs. It will be delivered straight to your door. If you wish to leave your own cooler should you not be home this is also appreciated.
What should I do with my box once it arrives?
Unpack all of your meals and place them into your freezer. Keep the box aside and when you next order, leave it out for us to collect to get a return discount on your subsequent order.
